Hello Gabby, The mood from your photos that i am getting is a cottage core aesthetic. Like a looking into nature from a vintage perspective. I like how your photos are distorted because of filter that you are using but they are still somewhat recognizable. I think that the theme of your essay is looking at nature through a new perspective. The images are all unified through the glass waves that are in each photo. The visual variety comes from the subjects that are behind the waves. They each have a different texture or color that is shown. I dont think that any of these are repetitive. i like how the color from one flower flows into the next image creating a sequence that is easy to follow. I relate to this by also loving to take picture of flowers and the beauty they have. A way to improve the image is to not allow the edge of the glass object that has the waves show. This was evident in the 8th image. I really like the first and seventh photo in this series. The only image that i would reshoot is the second to last one. Just because it is a little bit dark, maybe try adding a colorful light inside of the vase to add some light and color to this image. Overall i think you did a wonderful job.
